Hi Joslyn,
We received the VAL amendment request from your institution on the 7th of September 2019. Please allow us time to process the application and submit your VAL to the Immigration Department for correction.
Kindly take note that our processing department is closed on weekends and Public Holidays.

For that, I would recommend that you email your institute and also EMGs.

The institution has already sent a soft copy yesterday to EMGS. I hope this issue will be resolved at the earliest.

You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.

Try to tell usm your situation and ask them to extend the resignation period few days . I did the same may be they will us.

We received the VAL amendment request from your institution on the 7th of September. However, we are unable to proceed as your institution did not specify the place to obtain the SEV. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they provide us with the complete details.
