Hi EMGS
I am aPhD mobility student at USM, but I am having issues with my eVAL.
Could you please tell me if mobility students are now allowed into Malaysia?

  Kindly be advised that Mobility students are allowed to enter Malaysia, provided that they have a valid VAL and all other related documents.

Mobility Students allowed into Malaysia now? based on the announcement by the Ministry of Higher Education.
