I would like to ask why my application stuck 15%,even though i paid the top up on February 28.Can be done for next step🙏

  you should ask emgs for the update via email enquiry(at)emgs.com.my, dont forget to attach your application number and passport number

  View the application issues if there any status shows open then the EMGS require correction. And if you already done the correction. Then you can do nothing but wait. Mine took 30 days.
