Can anyone help and told me how to download VAL via emgs app.

  u can download it on its website just go to google and search EMGS

  Please be informed that the eVAL can be downloaded via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
  You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
