To whom it may concern, Dear all

My name is John **** and I had failed my medical screening on 20th of March, according to the reactive of Hepatitis Bs Antigen, and my visa was rejected. But today, I went to the clinic again and did Medical Screening for the appeal since the doctor want to check whether the disease would be very low number and i am not the carrier. And for the appeal, she told me that all the decision is from the EMGS.

Regards to this, I am from Myanmar and I need to go back to my country if the visa is rejected again. Basically going back to your home country is not that pressure as well, but in my country, the Military Dictatorship is still happening since 2021 and the situation is going severe than ever. The main current issue for youths from Myanmar is ; the military just confirmed the Law for every youths to join the Military in the previous months. (May I declare that our current government is from Military and they are doing the coup since 2021 – so they are not the true leaders for the citizens). That is why I am very afraid to go back to my home country, and all the youths from Myanmar are literally leaving their country as well.

To go back to the min stream, if I am not the carrier of Hepatitis Bs Antigen, I can commit that i can cost all my medical treatment. In my concern, the Hepatitis Bs is not that dangerous if the total numbers are not too much, and it takes a long time to cure it completely. Whatever, I can 100% commit myself to do all the medical treatment while staying here. So, if anyone from the EMGS sees my post here, please consider my problem when the appeal is progressing, since I do not know exactly to directly tell you my problem and my commitment. May other student seeing my post could help me how to reach my voice of appeal directly to the office concern.
