According to the notification I received, after 35% rejection was issued by the immigration department. However, I have already submitted all the required documents, and the status of the payment issue is marked as “Closed” in the systemCould you please help me understand the reason for this rejection and suggest my next steps to resolve this issue? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have contacted them and they said that they will inform me with full details from EMGS, I want to know another thing that how much time can be required to solve this problem?
