  I checked it for you. 35%. Val is submitted to the immigration department on October 22.

  Hi Hamidi,
  
  Kindly note that your passport number starts with the letter “O” and not the number zero (0). Your application is currently in progress with the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. The VAL approval process takes 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
