Hello. I was wondering how we can re-activate our I-Kad information in a new device even though we have already deleted/uninstalled the old app from the previous phone. I’m using Xiaomi International Phone. Hopefully, someone who had similar experience could share the process! Wish you have a nice day and take care!

I’ve already sent it to the email one two two months ago regarding this issue, and you guys always replied with the message that you are in the admist of dealing with this issue . So I was wondering why it took so long to tackle the problem.
