Hello, officer.
My Passport number is E94333248. My renewal process is 80% from 28th February. Two weeks had passed but have no change. I’m slower than others and I urgently need to get the visa and return because of my job. My university teacher and me sent the email to EMGS. Why the requests were ignored! Please help me expedite the process. Your assistance will be very appreciated.

  We understand your corncerns. Kindly be informed that Immigration are in the midst of processing the student visa. Kindly note, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify the institution once your passport is ready for collection.
