My passport number is EK2261530, and my full name is LOU, JIASHU. I left a message this afternoon asking if I can apply for a refund for a two-year visa that I actually got for a one-year visa. But because I did not provide my passport number and full name at the beginning, you cannot give me an accurate reply. I hope you can help me check again, and I look forward to your reply.
