To whom it may concern,

I just renew my passport for my student visa and got my passport and visa but it does not show up on my EMGS system. And I forgot the password of EMGS but there’s no email to reset my password after I click the forgot ur password button. I check the EMGS app the application for 2025 is not updated. What should I do if the forgot my password button does not work?
