Dear EMGS Team,

I am writing to respectfully follow up on the progress of my student visa issuance and endorsement, and to sincerely request your kind assistance in expediting the remaining process.

All required documents, including my original passport, have been fully submitted through UCSI University, and the application procedures have been completed accordingly. I truly appreciate the efforts made by EMGS and the relevant authorities in handling my case.

However, I would like to sincerely express that this delay has already caused significant difficulties for me. Due to the visa processing timeline, many of my personal and academic plans have been disrupted, including my studies, family arrangements, and repeated flight rescheduling. My international flight has now been postponed twice, and is currently rescheduled to 1 February. These repeated changes have caused considerable stress and inconvenience.

In addition, I am required to return to my home country to carry out an academic internship that forms part of my study requirements, and I also need to return home to spend the upcoming New Year with my family. As such, timely completion of the visa issuance and endorsement process is extremely important to me.

I sincerely and humbly request your understanding of my urgent situation, and I truly hope that EMGS could kindly assist in prioritising and expediting the visa issuance and sticker endorsement process. I would be deeply grateful for any support you can provide, as this matter has already affected many important aspects of my life.

Should there be any additional documents, clarification, or further action required from my side or from the university, please do not hesitate to inform me immediately so that I may respond without delay.
