Dear sir,
I’m sorry to bother you, yet I strongly hope you can help me . My name is LIANG JIAHE, passport number EN5313414, order number ######### . I have applied for a winter exchange program in another country. I need to receive my passport (with my latest student visa) by October 14th to submit my application for that country.
My passport application has been submitted for over two months, and the progress is only at 55%. Could you please speed up my application process? I sincerely appreciate you. All the best.

  Hi,

As per checking, we received your passport on the 17th September 2026 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

  Have a nice day.
