Dear Sir/Madam, I really need your kind support regarding my student visa renewal. My name is LIANG JIAHE and passport number is EN5313414. I have submitted my passport for 1.5 months, from July 14. But my passport just reached 30% and was rejected. It said I don’t meet the requirement of Monash English. However, I did go through Monash English class successfully which is another official way to be admitted to school. From August 19 when I was rejected to today, it has been 2 weeks more, but I didn’t get any information or updates about the process. I’m rush to need my passport to apply for exchange program.
