Dear EMGS Support Team,

I am a student at Monash University Malaysia, writing to urgently request your kind assistance in expediting my student pass application (Application No.: #########).

My application status has recently updated to 35% (Submitted to Immigration). I would like to clarify that I had submitted my renewed passport to Monash ISP Helpdesk two weeks ago. However, due to the high volume of requests during this peak enrollment season, there was a slight delay in the institution uploading the document to EMGS, which impacted my application progress.

As my course at Monash University Malaysia is scheduled to commence in just a few days on 27 July 2026, time is extremely critical for me to obtain the VAL and process my Single Entry Visa (SEV).

Could you please kindly assist in prioritizing my file and requesting an expedite with the Immigration Department (moving from 35% to 70%) so that my eVAL can be issued as soon as possible?
