Dear EMGS Team,

I kindly request your urgent assistance in expediting my student visa application (Applicant No: #########, Passport Number: X3465783). If I am unable to arrive in Malaysia by 11 October, I will be required to defer to the next intake.

I sincerely hope my application can reach at least 70% as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for the remaining process. Your prompt attention to this matter would mean a lot. Thank you for your support.

  We understand your concerns. Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 29th September 2025. The Immigration will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. Rest assured, we will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.
