hello,
passport no. : #########
My application says “we are in the process of submitting your student pass application for approval”.

May I know when it will be submitted to the Immigration Department? Please send it as soon as possible since my university is about to commence soon and I know it can take 14 working days for immigration to process my eVAL approval

  We are in the midst of submitting the application to the Immigration Department. Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take approximately 7–10 working days to issue the VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
