You are required to obtain a Letter of Approval (Entry Permit) from an accredited Malaysian Mission abroad. If you are from a visa required country, and your Student Pass expired during the travel ban, you are also required to obtain the Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the Malaysian Mission.
