Kindly liaise with your institution to apply for the VAL extension application to extend the validity of your VAL. Please note that there is no stipulated time frame for this process as this will solely be at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi,
The entry for all international students is on hold until further notice. You can only travel to Malaysia after the Immigration Department of Malaysia has granted approval to allow new students entry into Malaysia.

Nothing except to book a flight and apply for quarantine.
Notes: 1. Make sure that 14 days has passed since the second dose. I think you already did that because you got a booster.
