Unfortunately yes. correction of documents was needed.

In my case it stuck at 15% for 3 weeks, and still Waiting.

Hi Jawed,
Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take 7-10 working days for the issuance of the VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

If you have applied online through EMGS then send it to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my

The notilification was sent to the university so your university should brought the documents to the emgs officers
