Dear EMGS team,

My passport number is EF8877995. My visa renewal application has been at 20% for more than 40 days.

I have urged the school to upload additional materials, and the school staff replied that it had been uploaded on November 20, but the progress status still has not been updated.

May I ask if you have received the materials submitted by my school? How long will it take for the progress to be updated?
