dear EMGS officer my name is doohyeong lee and my passport number is M72184416 My language school said that they submitted my passport to the immigration office almost two weeks ago, but it’s still at 80%. I want to know if this is possible or if something is wrong.

  Hi, Doohyeong Lee.
  Kindly be informed that we received your passport from the institution on 17 July 2024. The endorsement process will take approximately 14 working days, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, any updates will be notified accordingly.

On the EMGS pc site, my status comes out as pending. But on this app, it’s a green status that’s going well. Can you check my status exactly?
