Hello officer, my dependents willing to leave to our home country, and the visa pass expiration happens while they are out of Malaysia, their renewal applications under process, are they need to enter Malaysia by social pass then submit Thier passports to continue the procedures and get the renewal pass , or the have to setup new applications and val to get the dependents visa, note: my visa is under process and am staying in Malaysia not leaving, thank you

  Hi Jalal Elmaadani,
  
  An existing dependant with an expired dependant pass and currently outside of Malaysia is required to apply for a new dependant pass application. As such, kindly liaise with the Institution to cancel the renewal dependant pass application and submit for a new dependant pass application.

    If the visa od my dependents got delayed for any reason, and they are here in Malaysia, visa got expired, do they have to cancel the current processing application and setup new one?

      Does this mean no more special pass as well for student and dependents?
