You know the university have to send someone to meet me at the airport, UCSI university. They sent me a link to fill the emigration form, but that link required a username and password which I don’t have and cant create. And thank you for your reply

There is difference in Courses. I am in PhD programme. After my student sticker I can leave malaysia so yours must be something else so you can contact your institute in this regard.

Your university wouldn’t say No, infancy they will do it.
But you will have a problem with EMGS, when you renewal your visa; as you applied for 2 intakes

& when did you applied for Appeal for VAL?
My Appeal was Submitted to EMGS on 2nd Nov.
On 3rd Nov Status turn into Green.
Still Waiting For VAL. -

Rejection always turned complete rejection.
When EMGS receive your passport it will turn green at 45%. Then after a day or two, they will forward your passport to Immigration.

When EMGS receive it then it will turn green.
Mine was turned green on the same day my institute emailed to EMGS.

In my opinion Rejections are final only if your documents are doubtful or serious Medical issue. Otherwise there are lot of reasons e.g.
1. Passport is Expiry is less than 18 Months.
2. Not submitted the complete passport( my reason was this).
3. Need some verification on Academic documents like attestation. Etc -
I went back to my country and passport renewed all the documents and complete the passport with all the pages?

I changed the university from UPM to UKM but I never got up in UPM and moved to UKM I lasted a whole month after they told me I can not give you a VDR I have to renew the passport I went back to my country and worked renewing my passport

Did you applied for VAL previously for UPM? If you didnt then I thinking Chaning Institute do not matter. Otherwise Immigration need release letter from previous uni.

I brought them a of withdrawal letter and a of release letter and submitted it to them. But I don’t know why I was rejected!!!

Did you pay fee to your Institute? I suppose it depends on your Institute how quickly they forward your documents and fee.

Oh sorry to hear that. In my opinion, you should call EMGS immediately if they know they will tell you the reason. Otherwise, contact your institute they will tell you the reason and prepare that document ASAP. Send that to your Institute they will forward to EMGS.
