I had same case still wait for eval could be downloaded, on the other hand my semester will commence on January. But we literally cant doing anything cuz at solely at discretion by immigration

If u want simply way, u just go for photo studio to fix ur issue based on requirement emgs

There is no stipilated time frame, it is solely at discretion by Immigration Departemen. In the emgs note it will probably take 7 to 10 working days but it can less or more days than what they offically announced

From my knowledge the institution have no discretion to fast track anyway it is solely discretion by Immigration Departemen

It should not to. I had been that on last September before my VISA settled i forced my self to enter Malay and got rejected by Immigration
