I would like to seek your assistance regarding my visa application.
At present, my visa progress is at 35%, and the application has been delayed because the Immigration Department requested an update regarding an exit record in 2025.
However, I have never entered Malaysia in 2025. During the period in question, I was in another country, and I have complete travel records in my passport, including entry and exit stamps as well as stamps from the relevant country.
I have already requested a review and correction of the data. May I kindly ask whether this process usually takes a long time? I have been waiting since 20 May, and the delay is significantly affecting my application timeline.
