Hallo everyone
It have been 12 days (since 13 Dec) my eval submission but the progres is still 5% right now, i cant contact my institution and asking them about the cause is

So any of you have same experience here ? Please help me if there is something that i must do to fix this problem.

  I did it, but they dont answer me -_-
  So that way iam asking here if anybody has same problem with me and how they solved it
