Dear EMGS team, my name is Rafiah Nor Saadah. My passport number: X3916785. My emgs progress has been stuck at 15% since 23rd january, my other friends have got their eVals and already got the visas too, while I haven’t got them yet. could you help me to speed up the progress to 70%? So that my friend and I don’t wait for me anymore because of my delayed progress. Thank you in advance
