Hi Alaa,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Did you print out your VAL? If yes, you’re to proceed to the nearest immigration office to apply for your single entry visa

I am way beyond this I have submitted my passport to the uni and they submitted it to EMGS and waiting for EMGS to submit it to the immigration department for a student pass sticker
