Hi Emmanuel,
The passport will be submitted to the Immigration Department within 3 working days of receiving the passport at the EMGS one-stop centre. Kindly note that the Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, this is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

create my account on 1st January , i paid, and get approval on the same date Emgs checked my documents from 3-8 January, They submit my application to Immigration on 9th, and finally got my VAL on 13th January.-
