Can international students apply for VAL this days, and will they be allowed to enter Malaysia after the approval of their VAL. Because somes program is starting by October
Hi Ismailjamiu,
New international students are currently not allowed entry into Malaysia until further notice. The decision to issue the VALs is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
