Please I can’t access my insurance card.
When I click on it, also I submitted my passport on 11-11-2024 and I have not been provided with the visa yet.

  We are glad to assist you. However, we require more information regarding this. We advise you to send us an email together with a screenshot of the error message at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my. Kindly provide us with your passport number as well. This will enable us to assist you accordingly.
