take a visit pass from embassy and come to malaysia once you’re here submit your passport at institution, and your institution will get student pass for you..

U can download the val from the web use a track my application, ussually around 70% u already can downlod VAL

Normally it takes 14working days. If may need any correction it will take more than the normal days.

How many day\’s does it take for VAL to be approved after the student record is created???
