Dear EMGS officer,
I need urgent assistance to update my passport details in the EMGS system.
Full name: Mun San Chye
Old passport: MG135148
New passport: MJ334968My student pass endorsement has already been transferred to my new passport through INTI International University. However, when applying for the Graduate Pass, the system shows “student record not found.”
My student pass expires on 19 January 2026. I have already emailed EMGS with all verification documents attached (student visa, old and new passports, and completion letter) for your reference.
Kindly assist in linking my student record to my new passport.

Hi,
Kindly be informed that if the student visa expired more than 3 months, the institution unable to continue to process the renewal visa application. As such, you are required to apply for new application and obtain new eVAL to enter Malaysia.
