Hi,
Kindly be informed that if the student visa expired more than 3 months, the institution unable to continue to process the renewal visa application. As such, you are required to apply for new application and obtain new eVAL to enter Malaysia.

If you want to apply for a new application, you are required to cancel your current student pass to avoid any complications for your application in the future. Kindly note that you are required to be in Malaysia for the cancellation process. You may liaise with the institute for further assistance.

Please be informed that we are currently in the midst of processing your iKAD. You may verify the iKAD and insurance in the mobile apps once the iKAD has been issued. Rest assured, we will notify your institution once the iKAD is ready for collection.
