Sorry to alert u bro, but it will surely cause cancellation of your entire application.
but do not give up hope on Allah, i have met few of your nations in here, one of them is on PhD with my supervisor, barely speak either Arabic nor Arabic despite that Allah succeeded his arrival, hence never give up hope

International students must ensure to enter Malaysia once the VAL is approved by the Immigration Department. It is not recommended to enter on a tourist visa while your application is in process with EMGS or Immigration Department. Kindly request your Institution to liaise with us pertaining to your application status.
