My own application issues are passport and medical screening. I sent the renewed passport but it has not been updated. Secondly, I have been sending messages across to my institution but they are not responding. Thanks

Hi EMGS officials,
Please had a rejected application due to failed medical screening. Please what is the maximum period for send an appeal? Can I appeal while on medication? Thank you
