Hello officer, my name is ZHOU ANQING, EK7815198. And when I press the button “international student card” and “insurance card” at EMGS app, it says “student details already verified on other diveces”. And actually I don’t have any other devices, thus, what should I do to see and to find out which category of insurance I have bought, and to use it properly?

  Please provide us with a screenshot of the error message at our email address enquiry(at)emgs.com.my for us to check accordingly. Kindly note that you purchased an ‘Own Group Insurance’. Therefore, you are required to liaise with the institution regarding your insurance coverage.
