Yes,I got the same issue twice,everytime u need to create a new application then it will b processed,the photo uploaded in application must meet emgs requirements
You are lucky the problem is with your photo , I’ve applied since first of august and every week they need a new document from me. Letter of eligibility for example!
I think your eyes are ok but the problem is your teeth are appears which means you are smiling and opening your mouth.
Make sure that your mouth is totally closed and your face is relaxed.
