You need to get a photo compatible with the specifications. That is the only way. Do not submit your sev application before correcting the photo issue. Otherwise, you will have to submit another application.

Kindly contact the SEV issuing authorities for further assistance. Alternatively, you can proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in order to apply for the SEV.

Keep trying again and again. Try to reposition ur picture so that your ears are properly placed. Did u get ur picture taken by photo studio?
Yes it was. Probably the VAL approving officer croped my photo while upload ing so now I cannot apply for eVISA as systeme doesn’t pass it. Now I have to apply through embssy which would take more time and cost triple the amount as eVISA
Oh ok. This picture part can become quite frustrating. U better visit the embassy soon. Conditions are becoming quite uncertain over here.
This happened with a friend of mine and it must hav took thousand tries before the picture got accepted
