My application has been on 20% since 21/10/2019 I would like to know if they is any reason while it’s not move since then

@idris_8 Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 1st of November. The VAL approval process takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
