Hi Ibrahim,
Your application is currently in progress with the Immigration since the 17th of January. The Student Pass transfer endorsement process takes approximately 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Your institution may apply for endorsement transfer as long as your Student Pass is valid. The process is approximately 7 working days. However, the approval is at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

This is a recurrent issue reported by so many colleagues applying for home quarantine. No solution is yet provided. Some colleagues did not get a confirmation email but after a few days they got the approval for home quarantine. Anyways, check the junk mail in your inox. Sorry, not much to help you on this issue.
