  Kindly note that the students must be offered a place of study in Malaysia before they can apply for a visa application. Therefore, the student is required to apply for courses at their preferred institution. Information about the institutions at Malaysia and the courses are available in the website.
  
  Students who have received offer letters from Public Universities and Private Higher Education Institutions will have the option to apply for their student visa directly through the Education Malaysia website. Alternatively, you may apply through the institution.
