@ibrahim_120 For Student Pass amendment applications we do not send notifications when the passport is ready for collection. Your institution can walk-in and collect the passport.

Now My institution says that my passport is under processing and they cannot get it to me.
So if that true how long it takes?

We received the Student Pass amendment from your institution. The Student Pass has been amended. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they assign an authorized representative to collect the passport.
