@ibrahim_115 Please note that there are no appeals for rejected travel authorization applications. You are required to create a new application with the new flight details. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit a request to close the application.

Dear EMGS, I have informed my institution about the new development and they have submitted the request to cancels my earlier application that was not supported. Kindly act on the request so that I can have at least 21 days for the processing of the letter as suggested. Thank you.

@ibrahim_115 You can reapply. However, the decision to issue the travel authorization is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Kindly note that I have changed my ticket and sent it via enquiry(at)emgs.com.my for consideration. Am now traveling with Qatar Airways via Doha. As of today I confirmed that Qatar is not among the countries banned by Malaysia.
Kindly re-open my case. Thank you.

Hi Ibrahim,
We regret to inform you that your application was not supported as we noted that you are transitting through Turkey. Kindly note that Turkey is amongst the list of countries barred from entering Malaysia.
