I know , but it’s a very long time , I need my passport because I have an important event by 1st October, I provided my passport to the institute in 20th August for the visa renewal , since 11th September no progress , I hope the immigration staff finish it by tomorrow 😞😞😞

Because I have tried the EMGS email but until now the eVal process is stuck at 35%, even though I have been waiting for this progress for almost 25 days.-
