I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my student visa application process.
Initially, I applied to Genovasi University College, but due to a lack of available slots, I had to cancel my application. Following this, I applied to Alfa University College. However, EMGS informed me that my new application cannot be supported. They stated that my previous application status is conflicting with my integration record, which requires specific clarification from Genovasi.
When I reached out to Genovasi University College for clarification, they informed me that they had not received any email request from EMGS to verify or clear the issue. Currently, EMGS has stated that any subsequent applications I submit will continue to be rejected until this is resolved.
I am deeply concerned because my academic record is strong—I achieved an 80% score in both my SSC and HSC examinations, alongside an IELTS score of 5.5. I am a genuine student facing a bureaucratic deadlock. I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to resolve this miscommunication between EMGS and the institutions so I can clear my record and proceed with my studies.”
