I have been asked to download this application for my insurance but the app doesn’t not work on my phone
would you please help me resolving this issue
If i can’t access the application how can i use my insurance in the hospital

This is Abdulrahman horan my application is E#########.
would you please verify if my application required any additional documents its stuck on 32%
I recieved email that an issue has been opened and additional documents required but my status on the website is in green and doesn\’t state any issues

Kindly be informed that the document is ready for submission to Immigration for the eVAL approval. Kindly allow us some time to do the submission to Immigration and rest assured any update will be notified accordingly.
