I am an on campus PhD student at almadina International University and I want to transfer to Multimedia University and already got an offer letter from them and currently I’m outside Malaysia. What are the procedures to transfer my visa to Multimedia University?

I am an on campus PhD student at Almadina International University finished chapter 2 and I to transfer to Multimedia University and I already got an offer letter from Multimedia and currently outside Malaysia. What is the procedure of transfer? Should I resign first from Almadina International University and what documents should I take from them?
