Subject: Request for Deletion of Existing Application to Proceed with New e-Visa Application

Dear EMGS Malaysia Team,

I am writing to seek your assistance with an issue regarding my e-Visa application. My name is Imran Hossain Monna, and my passport number is A16247490. I have been selected by Lincoln University College, and I have already received my eVAL.

However, when I attempted to apply for my e-Visa, I encountered a notification stating that “my application already exists.” I wish to clarify that I have not submitted any prior application. It appears that someone may have mistakenly or unknowingly submitted an application using my details.

In light of this, I kindly request the deletion of any previous application associated with my details so that I can proceed with a new e-Visa application without any hindrance.

This matter is urgent as it directly affects my ability to complete the visa process and commence my studies. I would greatly appreciate your prompt action in resolving this issue.
